For agencies & organizations

The outside partner your training team calls when a need arises.

SRPC Training™ designs and delivers custom, role-specific professional learning for public agencies, courts, and nonprofits. We diagnose the need, design the learning, deliver it online and in person, and hand back the records. Our work is developed under the ANSI/IACET Standard as an IACET Accredited Provider.

When to call us

Most training needs start with a change.

  • A new law, rule, or policy that staff have to carry out correctly
  • An audit finding, accreditation requirement, or improvement-plan action with a training component
  • A procedure that lives in one person’s head and needs to be written down and taught
  • New supervisors who were promoted for technical skill and now have to lead people
  • A reorganization, new system, or new service that changes how roles work together
  • Onboarding that varies by site or by whoever happens to be available

Your internal training team knows your organization. We add design and build capacity when the need is bigger than the time you have.

How an engagement works

Four steps, every time.

Step 1

Training Needs Analysis

A short staff survey plus leadership interviews define the audience, the behavior that needs to change, and the constraints. The TNA is a paid first step, and its report is a deliverable in itself.

Step 2

Design

Instructional design built to the role and mapped to your competency framework, with measurable outcomes, realistic practice scenarios, assessment, and a supervisor reinforcement tool.

Step 3

Deliver

Courses on your LMS or on a portal we host for you, paired with in-person or virtual facilitation by a subject-matter trainer.

Step 4

Sustain

Completion and assessment records, participant and leadership feedback, and course updates when the need or the rule changes, so staff are not repeating last year’s content.

Accreditation and who we work with

Accredited, documented, and open in scope.

What IACET accreditation means for you

SRPC Training is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (Accredited Provider No. 5660335-1, current through August 2027). Our programs are developed and administered under the ANSI/IACET Standard, which covers needs analysis, learning outcomes, instructional design, assessment, evaluation, and learner records. Courses are issued as IACET micro-credentials. Our accreditation scope is open, so new subject areas for your organization do not require a scope amendment. For licensed staff, we verify the relevant board’s continuing-education requirements before making any commitment.

A suggested first step

Start small and see the work.

Begin with a Training Needs Analysis for one audience and one need.
From its findings we propose a pilot: one online course for your LMS
and one facilitated session. The pilot shows you the design, the delivery,
and the records before anything broader is discussed.
