The Training Needs Analysis is the first step of every SRPC Training™ engagement. It is a paid service, and its report is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
What a Training Needs Analysis involves

A first conversation
A 15-minute call about what prompted the need, who the audience is, and what is fixed, such as deadlines, policies, and systems.

Staff survey
A short survey of the staff who will receive the training.

Leadership interviews
Conversations with the leaders who own the need.

Written report
Findings that define the audience, the behavior that needs to change, and the constraints, with a recommended scope.
